Midday:The sun at its peak offers clarity and focus. Use this time to check in with your progress and adjust as needed. Are you directing your energy toward what matters most?
Sunset:The softening light of the evening signals a time for release and rest. Pause to reflect on your day. What went well? What can you let go of as you transition into the evening?

For one day, consciously pause at sunrise, midday, and sunset. Spend 5 minutes observing the world around you. Notice the colors, sounds, and sensations. Ask yourself how you can align your actions with the energy of that moment.
