A Limpieza is a powerful energy-clearing ritual designed to help you release heavy, stagnant energy from your field and restore balance to your body, mind, and spirit. Through this sacred practice, Gianna uses a shamanic approach to energy work, combining sound, plant spirits, and smoke to clear the energetic blockages that may be affecting you.
Each Limpieza begins with a preliminary releasing ritual, an assessment of your energetic field using chumpi stones to identify the compromised chakra or areas where energy is stagnant. From there, Gianna will use various sounds (including drums and other tools) to loosen heavy energy, and a blend of herbs—chosen specifically for your needs—to remove energy that no longer serves you. Following this, she will replace the cleared spaces with intentional, healing herbs that restore harmony and lightness to your field.
