How to Release Limiting Beliefs & Open Space for Your Golden Self

Often, the first step to true growth is to release what no longer serves us. This could be limiting beliefs, self-doubt, or patterns that we’ve carried for years. These energies hold us back, and while they may have been helpful in the past, they no longer have a place in the life you are calling in for 2025.

Here’s a practice you can try to start the process:

  1. Write Down Your Limiting Beliefs:
Take a quiet moment and write down any beliefs that no longer serve you. They might be things like:

    • “I’m not good enough.”

    • “I’ll never be successful.”

    • “I’m not worthy of love/joy/wealth.”

  2. Release the Old:
Read each limiting belief aloud, then burn it, rip it up, or bury it in the earth. Symbolically release these beliefs so they no longer control your life.

  3. Call in Your Golden Self:
Write down your new beliefs. These should reflect the version of you that is empowered, capable, and aligned with your true potential. Read these aloud to affirm your new direction:

    • “I am worthy of everything I desire.”

    • “I am capable of manifesting my dreams.”

    • “I am open to receiving love, joy, and abundance.”

In the same way you clear out clutter in your physical space, you must clear out mental and energetic clutter to allow for the space your higher self needs to expand. When you do this, you create an open channel for healing, growth, and alignment.

A New Year, A Grounded Beginning:

As you move into this year with a grounded foundation, remember that this is not about forcing change but allowing it to unfold in a healthy, balanced way. A tree doesn't grow overnight—it takes time, patience, and a solid root system to stand tall and strong.
